More Hare Reunion....

Briallen really enjoyed being outside; the weather was so good. And she loves her grandpa Don!!

The pond was one of the greatest things there! Everyone had such a blast.

There was a zip line over the pond that was so fun!! I didn't touch the water untill I dropped from there, and it was take your breath away cold. It felt good after that though.

Here are some pictures of us on the zip line over dry land. It was such a blast! The swing was attatched to a long rope, so Randy ran the kids up and down the hill. They loved it!!

Welcome to the world, little baby!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to be with my friend, Shauna while she had her baby. It is such a neat experience to watch a perfect new baby come into the world. I am glad I was able to be with her. Thank you Shauna, and Happy Birthday Sophia!!

Happy 50th Anniversary!!

On July 10th, it was Randy's parents 50th anniversary! They wanted their party to be just immediate family. It was a lot of fun! There was a lot of really good food, good music, and a talent show. Then Zolene had put tons of pictures from their 50 years in a slide show, and we watched that. It was so awesome. After that, everyone got the chance to stand up and tell memories about Don and Carlene. It was such a good turn out.

Here is a couple pictures of Sharlee and Sarah dancing in the talent show. They are really good dancers.

This is a picture of Don and Carlene and all thier children. Back row: Margie, Randy, Andy, Mark. Center: Bea, Carlene, Don, Susan. Front: Jason and Zolene.
And here is the whole clan. Kids, spouses, and grandkids. There is only one grandkid missing.
Happy 50th Don and Carlene!!! I love ya! Thanks for all you do. I'm so glad to be a part of this crazy family.

Fruit leather, anyone???

When I am in the kitchen cleaning, I put Briallen in the high chair to watch me (and to protect her from Naomi). I always give her something to play with, or something to snack on to entertain her. Her favorite thing is fruit leather. She enjoys every last bit of it! She is such a good, happy baby; I am truly blessed.

The girls in Randy's life

My computer works again!!!!

Yesterday my sister-in-law told me about a kid that goes to school with her kids that is really good with computers. He fixed her computer for her, so she gave me his number. I called him, and he came over that day and fixed it! He only charges $20/hour, and it took him 2 hours. I can't believe I have a computer again!!! It is so nice! So the next few posts are some of the things that have happened in the last 2 months. We've had a lot of fun!

Singing in the rain at the Bundy reunion!!!

Every day out at the Bundy reunion, it rained just enough to cool things down, and make it so that there wasn't too much dust. It was really nice, and the kids absolutely loved to play in the rain. This year was another successful, fun year. The next few posts are more pictures of the reunion.

The Bundy Reunion Races!!!

This year at the Bundy Reunion, I didn't race. I am kinda sore still from having 4 kids in 41/2 years.... anyway, Randy raced!! Yay Randy!!! :)
My dad raced this year too. GO DAD!!!
Naomi cried, and didn't run, Natalie did good, she ran as fast as she could, and Emma got 3rd place. They all did thier best. I have shy kids when it comes to that kind of stuff.

Fun Times

Here are just a few random pictures from the Bundy Reunion of some fun times.
The kids had fun with buckets, shovels, and dirt. It was a blast for them. Josh plays really good with the kids too.

Projects at camp

Here are some pictures of the guys building a "corral" for the little kids to play in at the reunion so that we don't have to chase them down the hill a hundered times. What a great idea!!! I wish we would have had this about 3 years ago!!! Thanks guys.

This is Randy and Richard hanging up a tarp for our camp. There were others helping too, but these are the pictures I have.

Randy also built some stairs out there too so we don't slide down the hill, and the awesome thing he built was some little picnic tables for the kids!! They turned out really good. My parents were so happy to have something for the kids to eat at. Thanks Randy!!

apricots, apricots, apricots!!!

My friend, Brittney, and I picked a whole bunch of apricots and have been making fruit leather with them. I finally talked her into making a little freezer jam too! It's so fun to do these things and add to your food storage. It gives me a good feeling!

Ice Cream at Grandma's

All the kids love to have ice cream at Grandma Bundy's house. It reminds me of my Grandma Pope. We always had ice cream cones when we went to her house. Fun memories.....

BEEP BEEP!!

Katie brought over 2 of these cars when she was moving, and asked me to give one of them to our mom. The kids each had thier own for a few days though, and that was fun.

Sparkle

Coming home from church one day, Randy found this baby bird on our front porch. Emma named it Sparkle. Sparkle couldn't fly, so the girls called Grandma Hare to come over and help them take care of him. Grandma came and fed him, and got him so that he was full of energy. Then she put him on her shoulder and lightly covered him with her vest to keep him warm. Well, sparkle got heat stroke, and died the next day. The girls went to her house and helped her bury him. It was fun while it lasted....:)

Fun on a hot day

The kids and I went to town and bought this cute little pool to put in our back yard. It has been a life saver! They love to play in the water all day long. It's nice. We put our little slide up to the side of it so that they can slide down in it too, and they put the hose on it to make it a water slide. I also will hook the hose up to the washer water so that they can have warm water in it if they want. Briallen and I have fun hangin' out together in the house in the cool air. Life is great!
