Here is the baby with one hand on it's eyebrow.

IT'S A GIRL!!!!! :) We are so happy to have another girl! 6 girls will be a blast! I am so glad that my girls will have the opportunity to grow up with lots of sisters like I did! It's the greatest! I do hope that one day we will have a son, but am perfectly content if we don't too. Girls are a blast!

north rim Grand Canyon

This last weekend, Randy had work up at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. He asked if we wanted to go, and once again, I tried to say that I had a lot to do at home and get out of going. But last minute I remember how much fun the last time we went with him, and decided to jump in and go. I threw in a bunch of coats and diapers and wipes, and off we went! It was so fun! And beautiful! We hiked along a trail right along the edge of the canyon, and we were pretty nervous about the kids falling off the edge. There were times when the cliff was on both side of us. I was pretty shaky, but just looked straight ahead, and took pictures when I could.
Once again, I am so glad that we went with him!! I love getting to spend quality family time like this together! And when I got home, all the chores were still here waiting, so I got to do them today!! :)

more remodeling!!

It's getting closer!!! It's been over a month, and my dining room is still cement, but we have to take work when we can get it too, which we are SOO grateful for, so I will wait! And when it is done, it will all look so good! Isn't it beautiful?!
I struggled for a few days wanting to get new couches to go in my "new" living room. I have never had a new piece of furniture. Really, I have hardly had anything new. It's all hand me downs, and I have always been grateful, and never complained, but I did have a few days where I wanted something that was "mine". I have since then settled down, and realized that what I have is all I need. New isn't necessary. Plus, I have new floors!!! YAY!!! And I love them! :)

Easter!

This year for Easter, we had our Hare family party on Friday, and our Bundy party on Saturday. On Friday I decided to give all of the kids thier Easter baskets from Randy and I, so I hid them all around the back yard, and they had fun looking for them. I didn't want to do Easter all about egg hunts and bunny rabbits and all of that, so I filled thier baskets with things about Jesus and church stuff. They each got a small picture of Christ, a CTR ring, a book for church, and a few things like that.
Here they are after they found thier baskets...

Then we had the Hare family party at the park. It's always fun to get together and have lots of yummy food and family.

Emma found a golden egg again this year! It had $5 in it! Lucky girl!

Remodeling

A few month ago, I was on Craigslist, and I saw someone selling enough wood flooring to cover our dining room, living room, and hallway for $200. It was such a great deal that I begged Randy to get it. It has sat in our dining room in the boxes for quite a while, until Randy had a couple jobs cancel on him, so he ripped out all the carpet and started to prepare. We decided to paint before we laid it, so we did that, and then he got really busy with work. We had lived in the house with cement floors and no furniture for about 3 weeks before Randy had a break to get some of it done. Our piano was in the hallway and it was so hard to squeeze by, especially with my belly growing every day...lol. Finally, he was able to get a tiny part of the living room done, and I was SO excited!!!
Here are pics of him and his dad laying it...yay!! I'm so excited!

Field Trip!!!

On March 14, Natalie's kindergarten class had a field trip. They were going to a museum in St.George. I was so nervous to send my baby on a school bus all the way to St.George, so when I saw that they needed parent volunteers to go help, I told Randy about it, and he was all for it! So he took the morning off, and Natalie was SOOO excited to have a field trip, and extra excited that her daddy got to go with her. They had such a blast!

Here is Natalie with her best friend, Aubrey. They do everything together!

They felt pretty cool that they were aloud to touch this one animal. She told us all about how she got to touch a bear!! I think that's pretty neat too! :)

I am so glad Randy went. It made me not worry so much, and a lot more comfortable about them going. He really enjoyed it too.

Koda Chrome Basin

With Randy's job, a lot of times he has to travel. He went up to a job by Bryce Canyon one day and really wanted us to go, but I decided that it would be too difficult and so he took his brother, Mark with him instead. He was gone ALL day long, and didn't get home until after midnight. He told me how beautiful it was that night, and how he wished that he was able to take his family with him. Well it just so happened that the next day, he was called to the same area, so we all jumped in and made a family trip out of it! I am so glad that we went because we had such a great time!! The people that he did the job for offered us a little cabin in Koda Chrome Basin for the night for free, so we took it too! We thought we should make the best of our trip!

These pictures aren't all in order, but this is the next day, we went hiking on a 1.5 mile hike. It was a lot of hiking, and at some points I didn't know if I could make it (carrying Rebekah and being pregnant), but we did, and it was beautiful, and worth it! The kids did find it a little long for them though, and it was cold. Randy had to carry Briallen because she was so cold.... But still SO beautiful and worth it!!

At some points Rebekah wanted to walk by herself, she is so independent!

In the car, having a blast!!

On the way up there, we stopped on the side of the road and saw some Buffalo and Llamas, and played in the snow.

This is after the long day , all the kids were freezing and dirty and all jumped in the tiny bath tub to warm up. It was a tiny little cabin, but so fun! We never get to stay in places like this. :)

On the way home, we stopped and played in the snow again. The kids really wanted to go sledding, so we used an old dish and slid down the hill. The kids really loved it!

I am so glad that I decided to go with Randy. I usually don't like going to work with him, but when he goes to places like this, I really hope that I am more open about it. Life is too short to worry about the little things at home. We got to spend time with daddy, and it was so worth it.
